Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to promote our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 
Your contact form e-mail data may be stored on secure Microsoft e-mail servers as part of our Office365 e-mail subscription. Only if appointed to provide architectural services, your personal information will be stored digitally and included within the project document file.

We sometimes need to share the personal information we process with the individual themself and also with other organisations. Where this is necessary we are required to comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act (DPA).

Where necessary or required we may share information with:

• Associates, representatives or family of the person whose personal data we are processing

• professional consultants, manufacturers and suppliers directly associated with the development works

• local planning or building control authorities
